7C RETURN
POLICY
No merchandise will
be accepted for return or exchange without our prior authorization.
For defective merchandise,
we will send you parts to repair them. We expect your cooperation
in accepting parts to replace defective parts in order
to save the broken merchandise. If we cannot get the parts within
45 days, and the merchandise is still in original box, you can send
it back for exchange or credit. (No cash refund). Please call or
come to our office before you plan to do so.
We will not accept any return merchandise which has been used by
the customer.
We will not exchange or give credit for any showroom samples or
any "as is" merchandise.
In some cases, we may accept return merchandises but they must
be packed in original box.
No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange for more
than 90 days from the date of purchase. (invoice date).
We don't guarantee sales. 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.

In any situation, we will try to be fair to both buyer and seller
sides in order to maintain a good business relationship with our
customers. After all it is your supportenable us to be successfull.
